Church presence in The People’s Quarter

At the initiative of the Catholic Relief and supported by the Social Commissions and apostolic movements, five years ago, a group was created to share and reflect on ecclesial commitments in working-class neighbourhoods. It is a question of pooling the eyes and initiatives of various actors on the ground in working-class neighbourhoods who, far from competing for a piece of land, try to pool the synergies of a mission that is common. Participate in this group, informal but recognized by the episcopate: the Catholic Relief, the Worker Mission, the Sons of Charity, the Religious in the Working World, the French Sports and Cultural Federation (FSCF), the Social Commission, the Commission of Apostolic Movements and the National Service of the Pastoral of Migrants. For all contacts, contact each of the group’s member movements or services.
